S&P changes Danamon view to stable

Standard & Poor's said it revised its outlook on PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk. to stable from positive.

At the same time, the agency affirmed its BB long-term and B short-term issuer credit rating on Danamon. It also lowered the long-term Asean regional scale rating on Danamon to axBBB- from axBBB and affirmed the axA-3 short-term rating.

S&P said it revised the outlook to stable after DBS Group Holdings Ltd. withdrew its proposed acquisition of Temasek Holdings' 67.4% stake in Danamon.
