Kazakhstan's Bank CenterCredit to start roadshow for dollar-denominated eurobonds Jan. 8 week

New York, Jan. 4 - JSC Bank CenterCredit plans to start investor presentations in the United States, Europe and Asia during the Jan. 8 week for a dollar-denominated offering of eurobonds, according to a market source.

The leg of Asian and European roadshows will begin on Jan. 10 in Hong Kong, followed by Singapore on Jan. 11, Zurich on Jan. 12 and wrapping up on Jan. 15 in London.

Meanwhile the U.S. leg will start in Los Angeles on Jan. 10, then Boston on Jan. 11 and finish off in New York on Jan 12.

ING and JP Morgan are joint bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S transaction.

JSC Bank CenterCredit is the fifth largest commercial bank in Kazakhstan.

On Feb. 24, the issuer sold a $100 million offering of tier 1 perpetual notes at par to yield 9 1/8%.
