New Issue: Kazakhstan's Bank CenterCredit sells $300 million five-year notes to yield 8¼%

New York, Jan. 27 - Kazakhstan-based Bank CenterCredit International BV priced a $300 million offering of five-year senior unsecured notes (Ba1//BB-) at 99.495 to yield 8¼% on Thursday, according to a market source.
The issue came at the tight end of guidance, which was set at 8¼% to 8 3/8%.
Citigroup and ING were the underwriters for the Regulation S offering.
