Fitch rates Bankas Snoras eurobond BB-

Fitch Ratings said it assigned Bankas Snoras's upcoming eurobond issue an expected long-term BB-rating. The rating is contingent upon final documents. Bankas Snoras is rated issuer default BB-, short-term B, individual D and support 4.

The outlook is negative.

The negative view reflects the bank's declining capitalization trend. Whilst capitalization has increased following a rights issue in February 2007, Fitch said it will monitor how it is managed on an ongoing basis.
