Moody’s rates Banco Votorantim notes Ba2

Moody's Investors Service said it rated Banco Votorantim SA’s proposed senior notes Ba2.

The rating incorporates the bank’s fundamental credit strength and a one-notch uplift for the likelihood of support from parent Banco do Brasil SA, Moody’s said.

The outlook is stable.
