Argentina's Banco Hipotecario plans to issue $100 million five-year bullet

New York, Oct. 24 - Buenos Aires-based Banco Hipotecario SA plans to issue a minimum offering of $100 million in five-year senior unsecured bonds (/B-), according to a market source.

The issue will be structured as bullet bonds.

Meanwhile a roadshow is scheduled to start Monday and run through Tuesday in Asia. The roadshow will move to Europe and New York Wednesday through Friday.

Deutsche Bank and Citigroup are joint lead managers for the Regulation S transaction.

The group's principal activities involve mortgage and personal loans, real estate and insurance services, cash securities and savings account services.
