New Issue: Banco de Mexico auctions Ps. 7.5 billion, UDI 650 million of bonds

Tacoma, Wash., July 12 – Banco de Mexico sold Ps. 7.5 billion and UDI 650 million of bonds in an auction on Tuesday.

The bank accepted bids for Ps. 7.5 billion of 6½% five-year Bonos. The bonds priced at 103.90056 to yield 5.59%. The demand for these bonds totaled Ps. 14.92 billion.

The bank also accepted bids for UDI 650 million of 4½% 10-year UDI Bonos. The bonds priced at 116.22 to yield 2.57%. The demand for these bonds totaled UDI 1.39 billion.
