New Issue: Banco de Mexico auctions Ps. 9 billion, UDI 800 million of bonds

Chicago, Aug. 27 - Banco de Mexico sold Ps. 9 billion and 800 million UDIs of bonds in an auction on Tuesday.

The bank accepted bids for Ps. 9 billion of 7¼% Bonos 3A due December 2016. The bonds priced at 107.253 to yield 4.87%. The demand for these bonds totaled Ps. 21.8 billion.

The bank also accepted bids for 800 million UDIs of 5% UDI Bonos 3A due June 2016. The bonds priced at 112.5188 to yield 0.55%. The demand for these bonds totaled 1.51 billion UDI.
