Atlanta, March 25 - Banco de Credito del Peru sold $350 million 4¼% 10-year notes (Baa2//BBB+) on Monday at 99.196 to yield 4.35%, a market source said.
The notes were talked at a yield in the 4½% area.
Citigroup and JPMorgan were the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.
The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
The bank is based in Lima.
