Moody's gives Bradesco notes Ba2

Moody's Investors Service said it gave Banco Bradesco SA’s planned senior unsecured notes a Ba2 long-term foreign-currency senior debt rating.

The notes will be sold through its Banco Bradesco SA, Grand Cayman branch and issued under the bank’s $10 billion global medium-term note program, rated (P)Ba2. They will be denominated and settled in dollars, and will be issued in a five-year tranche.

The rating is the same as Moody’s other ratings on the branch’s MTNs.

The proceeds will be used to finance or refinance new or existing eligible sustainability projects.

The outlook is stable.
