New Issue: Brazil's Banco Bradesco prices $750 million 6¾% 10-year notes

St. Louis, Sept. 28 - Banco Bradesco SA priced $750 million of 6¾% 10-year tier 2 subordinated notes (expected Baa3//confirmed BBB), according to a Monday news release.

HSBC and Bradesco BBI were the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Bradesco is a private bank based in Osasco, Brazil.
