Dominican Republic’s Aerodom to market dollar-denominated notes

Atlanta, Jan. 5 – Aeropuertos Dominicanos Siglo XXI, SA, or Aerodom, will begin a roadshow on Jan. 9 for a dollar-denominated bond (expected ratings: Ba3/BB-), a market source said.

JPMorgan and Scotiabank are the bookrunners for the deal.

The proceeds will be used to fund a tender offer.

The roadshow will end on Jan. 11.

Aerodom develops, operates and manages airports and is based in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
