Moody’s gives AerCap notes Ba2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a Ba2 rating to the proposed $800 million senior unsecured notes to be jointly issued by AerCap Ireland Capital Ltd. and AerCap Global Aviation Trust, both subsidiaries of AerCap Holdings NV.

The outlook is stable.

Moody’s said the rating is based upon terms and conditions that are consistent with the issuers' existing senior unsecured debt. Issued on a joint and several basis, the notes are guaranteed unconditionally on a senior unsecured basis by the issuers' ultimate parent AerCap and by certain AerCap subsidiaries.
