AGTJ13 files Chapter 11 bankruptcy with over $50 million in debt

Olympia, Wash., Feb. 27 – AGTJ13, LLC filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Monday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.

The single asset real estate company owns the property located at 450 South Western Avenue in Los Angeles. California Market, an international grocery and shopping center, operates there.

In its petition, the company reported $50 million to $100 million in assets and $50 million to $100 million in liabilities.

No unsecured creditors were listed with claims of $1 million or more.

AGTJ13 said funds will be available for unsecured creditors.

Judge Sandra R. Klein has been assigned to the case.

The company is represented by Levene, Neale, Bender, Yoo & Golubchik LLP.

The Los Angeles-based company filed bankruptcy under Chapter 11 case number 24-11409.
