AltosGroups files Chapter 11 bankruptcy with $286.97 million in debt

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 9 – AltosGroups, LLC filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Monday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida.

In its petition, the company listed up to $50,000 in assets and roughly $286.97 million in liabilities.

Its largest unsecured creditors are One10 Hotel Holdings, LLC, based in Excelsior, Minn., and One10 Hotel HRKC, LLC, based in Dover, Del., each with a $63 million loan claim, Mutual Credit Corp., based in Newport Beach, Calif., with an $18 million loan claim, and Maumee Point LLC, based in Rochester, N.Y., with a $17.89 million loan claim.

Also, 900 Broadway KC Development LLC, based in Jefferson City, Mo., CKlomhaus LLC, based in Longmont, Colo., Jeffrey Shanahan, based in Golden, Colo., Oak Holdings, LLC, based in Chesterfield, Mo., Pedersen Development Co., LLC, based in Boulder, Colo., Remsk LLC, based in Boulder, Colo., Scott J. Pedersen, based in Longmont, Colo., and Shanahan Development Co., LLC, based Denver, each have a $14.98 million loan claim.

The petition says funds will be available for distribution to unsecured creditors.

Latham, Luna, Eden & Beaudine, LLP is representing the company.

AltosGroups is a Davenport, Fla.-based hotel lender. It filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy under case number 23-00048.
