Argenta Spaarbank mandates bookrunners for green senior non-preferred notes

Chicago, Nov. 21 – Argenta Spaarbank SA/NV will be participating in investor calls for an upcoming euro-denominated benchmark offering of five-year green senior non-preferred notes (BBB), according to a market source.

The notes will come with four years of call protection.

ABN Amro, BNP Paribas, ING and Morgan Stanley are arranging investor calls for the Regulation S transaction that started on Monday.

ING is the sole green bond structuring adviser.

The financial services company is based in Belgium and the Netherlands.
