New Issue: JPMorgan prices $500,000 autocallable barrier notes linked to Airbnb

Chicago, Sept. 23 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $500,000 of 0% autocallable barrier notes due Aug. 3, 2023 linked to the common stock of Airbnb, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the stock gains, the payout will be par plus the stock return. Investors will receive par if the stock declines but ends at or above its 60% barrier and will lose 1% for every 1% that the stock declines if it finishes below the barrier level.

The notes will be called automatically at par plus 26.5% annually starting May 2, 2022 and on any subsequent quarterly review date if the stock finishes at or above its initial level.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
