New York, Aug. 20 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2 million of 0% review notes due Feb. 9, 2026 linked to the lesser performing of the ARK Innovation ETF and the ARK Genomic Revolution ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be automatically called at par plus a call premium of 25.5% per year if each fund closes at or above 100% of its initial level on any annual call date.
If the notes are not called, meaning the funds have finishes below their initial levels, the payout at maturity will be par unless the final level of either fund is less than its initial level by more than 50%, in which case investors will lose 1% for each 1% that the lesser-performing fund declines.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
