S&P gives Agiliti loan B+

S&P said it gave Agiliti Inc.’s planned $200 million first-lien term loan a B+ rating with a 2 recovery rating. The agency also affirmed the company’s B issuer rating and the B+ rating on its outstanding first-lien debt. The 2 recovery rating is unchanged. The estimated recovery for all first-lien debt is 70%.

“We view the proposed incremental term loan issuance as credit neutral, based on our expectation that proceeds will be used for an acquisition that will be modestly accretive to free cash flow,” S&P said in a press release.

The outlook is stable.
