Singapore’s Anchor Resources will not issue S$10 million 1% notes

Olympia, Wash., Sept. 12 – Anchor Resources Ltd. said it no longer plans to issue S$10 million of 1% unsecured redeemable equity-linked notes due 2022 in three tranches.

The subscribers agreed that there would be no cancellation fee.

The company said the decision is not expected to have any material impact on its financials.

Anchor Resources is a mineral explorer for copper, zinc, lead, gold, silver, molybdenum and antimony. It is based in Singapore.
