Astria Health disclosure statement approval hearing moved to Oct. 23

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 22 – Astria Health’s disclosure statement approval hearing has been continued to Oct. 23, according to a minute entry filed Wednesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Washington.

The hearing was most recently scheduled for Oct. 21 after being postponed from Oct. 8, Sept. 24, Sept. 2 and Aug. 19.

Astria Health is a Yakima, Wash., health care facility operator. The company filed bankruptcy on May 6, 2019 under Chapter 11 case number 19-01189.
