New Issue: JPMorgan sells $240,000 autocallable yield notes on stocks

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 30 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $240,000 of 9.5% autocallable yield notes due Oct. 24, 2023 linked to the least performing of the Amazon.com, Inc., Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. and Microsoft Corp., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Interest is payable monthly.
The notes will be called at par plus the coupon if each stock closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly review date other than the final one.
The payout at maturity will be par plus the final coupon unless any stock finishes below its 60% trigger level, in which case investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worst performing stock from its initial level.
