Philippines’ AC Energy to redeem remaining $82.4 million 5.65% notes

Concord, N.H., Nov. 24 – AC Energy Finance International Ltd. plans to redeem $82,388,000 of its 5.65% undated notes (ISIN: XS2082433736), the remaining outstanding principal amount of the $400 million issue dated Dec. 4, 2019, according to redemption notice.

The notes are guaranteed by AC Energy and Infrastructure Corp. (formerly AC Energy Inc.).

Settlement of the notes, which are being redeemed pursuant to a clean-up call, is expected to occur on or about Dec. 24. Upon redemption and cancelation, the notes will be delisted from the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd.

The energy investment holding company is owned by Manila, Philippines-based Ayala Corp.
