Moody’s changes Advisor view to stable

Moody’s Investors Service said it revised Advisor Group Holdings Inc.’s outlook to stable from negative and affirmed its ratings, including the B2 ratings for Advisor’s senior secured debt and the Caa2 rating on its senior unsecured notes.

The change in outlook to stable reflects the expectation the firm’s expense management, substantial synergy benefits from the Ladenburg Thalmann acquisition and strengthened client asset levels will improve the firm’s credit profile during 2021, Moody’s said.
