Affinion Insurance plans financing via Jefferies for buyout

New York, July 9 – Affinion Insurance Solutions is getting new financing led by Jefferies LLC to help fund its acquisition by Mill Point Capital from Affinion Group LLC, according to a news release.

Closing is expected in the third quarter.

Affinion Insurance Solutions is a Franklin, Tenn.-based business services platform with expertise in the distribution, marketing and administration of a broad range of simplified, guaranteed-issue insurance products.
