Aurium CLO II refinances six classes of secured notes due 2029

Morgantown, W.Va., July 16 – Aurium CLO II DAC completed a refinancing of its secured notes, according to a notice.

The following notes were redeemed in full on July 13:

• €205 million of class A senior secured floating-rate notes due 2029;

• €49.7 million of class B senior secured floating-rate notes due 2029;

• €23.6 million of class C senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes due 2029;

• €18.9 million of class D senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes due 2029;

• €17.2 million of class E senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes due 2029; and

• €10.3 million of class F senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes due 2029.

Citibank, NA, London Branch is the trustee.

Spire Partners LLP is the collateral manager.

Aurium is based in Dublin.
