AIB Group holds roadshow for dollar-denominated notes offering

Tupelo, Miss., Oct. 3 – AIB Group plc (Baa3/BB+/BBB-) is holding a roadshow this week for a dollar-denominated offering of notes, according to a market source.

BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC are the arrangers for the Rule 144A and Regulation S offering.

AIB Group is a banking and financial services company based in Dublin.
