Mexico’s Alphacredit starts roadshow for dollar-denominated notes

New York, Dec. 5 – Alpha Holding, SA de CV hosted investor meetings in Los Angeles and Singapore on Tuesday marking the beginning of a series of meetings regarding a planned offering of U.S. dollar-denominated senior unsecured notes (expected ratings: B1/B+), according to a market source.

Alphacredit has mandated Barclays, Credit Suisse and UBS to arrange the meetings, which will be headed up by two teams. The first team will host meetings in Singapore, Hong Kong, London, Zurich and Geneva, and the second team will lead meetings in Los Angeles, New York and Boston. The roadshow is scheduled to wrap up on Friday.
