Athene Holding offers $400 million 30-year senior notes; price talk Treasuries plus 180 bps area

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 8 – Athene Holding Ltd. expects to sell $400 million of senior notes due May 15, 2052, according to a market source and additional details from a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are talked to yield in the Treasuries plus 180 basis points area, the source said.

The notes have a make-whole call and are then redeemable at par.

The bookrunners are BofA Securities Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
