Athene Holding intends to sell senior notes via four bookrunners

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 8 – Athene Holding Ltd. expects to sell senior notes, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes have a make-whole call and are then redeemable at par.

The bookrunners are BofA Securities Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Pembroke, Bermuda-based Athene is a retirement services company that issues, reinsures and acquires retirement savings products.
