Chicago, June 2 – Athene Global Funding sold an upsized $500 million offering of 2.673% 10-year notes on Wednesday, according to a market source.
The notes priced with a spread of Treasuries plus 108 basis points, low to talk in the Treasuries plus 130 bps area.
The offering was announced with a $400 million size.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC are the bookrunners.
Athene Global Funding is a financing arm of Pembroke, Bermuda-based retirement services company Athene Holding Ltd.
