Aurium CLO III directed to redeem three classes of notes due 2030

Olympia, Wash., Sept. 19 – Aurium CLO III DAC’s subordinated noteholders have exercised their right to direct the issuer to effect a redemption of three classes of its rated notes, according to a notice.

The following notes will be redeemed on Oct. 16 at par plus accrued interest:

• €220 million of class A senior secured floating-rate notes due 2030;

• €41.5 million of class B-1 senior secured floating-rate notes due 2030; and

• €10 million of class B-2 senior secured fixed-rate notes due 2030.

Deutsche Trustee Co. Ltd. is the trustee, and Spire Partners LLP is collateral manager.

Aurium is based in Dublin.
