New Issue: Admiralty Resources sells $1.94 million placement of convertibles

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 5 - Admiralty Resources NL said it completed a A$1.94 million private placement of convertible notes.

The company sold the notes at A$1.00 apiece. They are convertible into ordinary stock at A$0.175 per share.

Lodge Corporate Pty Ltd. was the agent.

Based in Melbourne, Australia, Admiralty is a mineral exploration company.
