Hong Kong’s Agile Group to sell dollar-denominated senior notes

Concord, N.H., May 10 – Agile Group Holdings Ltd. plans to price U.S. dollar-denominated senior notes (expected rating:/BB-/) under Regulation S.

Barclays, Credit Suisse and Standard Chartered are the joint global coordinators, joint bookrunners and joint lead managers, and Bocom International, HeungKong Financial and the Bank of East Asia Ltd. are the joint bookrunners and joint lead managers.

The proceeds will be used to refinance certain medium- to long-term offshore debt, which will become due within a year.

The notes are expected to be listed on the SGX-ST, and no listing will be sought in Hong Kong.

The property developer is based in Hong Kong.
