Adinath Bio-Labs considers issuing foreign currency convertible bonds

Knoxville, Tenn., July 13 - Adinath Bio-Labs Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it will consider a proposal to issue foreign currency convertible bonds at a board of directors meeting on July 26.

The company also is considering Global Depositary Receipts.

Adinath Bio-Labs is a Kolkata, India-based pharmaceutical and aromatherapy company.
