New Issue: China’s ABC Leasing prices $500 million 2½% notes due 2021 at 145 bps spread

Atlanta, June 14 – China’s Agricultural Bank of China Financial Leasing Co. Ltd. priced $500 million of 2½% notes due June 21, 2021 (expected rating: //A) at 99.543 to yield Treasuries plus 145 basis points, a market source said.

The notes were talked in the 150 bps area.

ABC International, Agricultural Bank of China and CICC HK Securities were the joint global coordinators, bookrunners and lead managers. ANZ, DBS Bank and Wells Fargo Securities were the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.

The proceeds will be used for working capital and for general corporate purposes.

Agricultural Bank of China is based in Beijing.
