Alam Synergy calls $162 million of 6.95% notes at 101.738

Chicago, Jan. 22 – Indonesia’s Alam Synergy Pte. Ltd. issued a redemption notice for $162 million of its $235 million outstanding 6.95% senior notes due 2020.

The notes will be redeemed on Feb. 22 at a redemption price of 101.738% of par plus accrued interest, according to the company notice.

PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk. is the parent guarantor.
