ADB Systems extends expiry on warrants from 2003 private placement

Atlanta, June 13 - ADB Systems International said it has extended the expiration of warrants associated with a private placement that closed on June 26, 2003.

The 2,732,674 warrants will now expire on Sept. 26, 2005. The warrants, which are exercisable at C$0.40 each, were originally set to expire on June 26, 2005.

Under the terms of the original private placement, ADB sold units at C$0.24 each. The units included one share and one two-year warrant.

Based in Toronto, ADB an asset-management company.
