Ares XXXII CLO will redeem six classes of notes on April 26

Columbus, Ohio, April 12 – Ares XXXII CLO Ltd./Ares XXXII CLO LLC received direction from a majority of its subordinated noteholders to redeem six classes of secured notes using sales proceeds, according to a notice from trustee U.S. Bank NA.

The notes will be redeemed in full at par plus accrued interest on April 26 for the following total redemption prices:

• $310,831,790.63 for the class A-1-R notes;

• $66,447,722.92 for the class A-2-R notes;

• $32,758,386.28 for the class B-R notes;

• $29,298,226.74 for the class C-R notes;

• $22,322,490.97 for the class D notes; and

• $11,687,581.77 for the class E notes.
