AusGroup sets meeting to outline planned consent bid for 7.45% notes

By Marisa Wong

Los Angeles, Aug. 17 – AusGroup Ltd. will be convening a second informal meeting with holders of its S$110 million 7.45% series 001 notes due 2018 (ISIN: SG6TF6000008), according to a notice.

The meeting is scheduled for Aug. 25 in Singapore.

The first informal meeting had been scheduled for Aug. 10, as previously reported.

The agenda of the upcoming meeting is to give noteholders a summary of a consent solicitation exercise relating to the notes that the company intends to conduct and to answer any questions that the noteholders may have in relation to the consent solicitation.

The company noted that the informal meeting is not intended to and does not amount to a meeting under or in connection with the trust deed for the notes.

The informal meeting has been called solely for the dissemination of information, and no decisions or voting will be made at the meeting, the company underlined.

All noteholders are encouraged to attend the meeting, the company said.

Holders who wish to attend the informal meeting or wish to appoint a proxy to attend on their behalf are requested to RSVP by contacting the company at notes@ausgroupltd.com with their full name, NRIC/passport number, the aggregate value of notes held and contact information by Aug. 23.
