Airlie CLO 2006-II will redeem all classes of notes on Oct. 20

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 5 – Airlie CLO 2006-II Ltd./Airlie CLO 2006-II Corp. has been instructed to redeem all of its notes by holders of a majority of its subordinated notes, according to a notice.

The following notes will be redeemed on Oct. 20:

• $7,567,398.25 for the class C notes, which price reflects the outstanding principal amount plus accrued interest to the redemption date;

• The class D notes in an amount equal to the proportional share of the proceeds of the assets on deposit in the collection account received on or before Oct. 19 less the redemption price of each priority class and accrued administrative expenses; and

• The subordinated notes in an amount equal to the proportional share of the proceeds of the assets remaining after redemption of the secured notes and payment of the co-issuers’ expenses.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.
