Atrium VII will redeem six classes of notes, senior preferred shares

Norfolk, Va., Aug. 7 – Atrium VII/Atrium VII, LLC said it will redeem $367,836,331.95 from five classes of notes and senior preferred shares, according to a press release.

The notes will be redeemed on Aug. 18. The following figures represent the principal amount of the notes plus accrued interest to the redemption date:

• $254,172,815.94 of class A notes;

• $41,345,291.64 of class B notes;

• $33,321,000.99 of class C notes;

• $20,220,657.17 of class D notes;

• $8,627,070.96 of class E notes; and

• $10,149,495.25 of senior preferred shares.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the trustee.

Atrium is a managed cash-flow collateralized loan obligation.
