Assystem offers to buy Ornanes at top price paid in recent repurchase

New York, April 20 – Assystem SA said it is offering to buy back its Ornane 2017 at a price of €26.15, equivalent to the highest price paid in a recent repurchase.

The price includes accrued interest.

The buyback offer will be from April 25 through April 29, according to a news release.

Currently there are 81,008 of the Ornanes still outstanding.

Assystem said it bought back 27% of the original amount in block repurchases.

The buyback offer is being carried out to ensure equal treatment of all holders of the convertibles.

Assystem is an engineering and innovation consultancy based in Paris.
