New York, Dec. 22 - Acrongenomics, Inc. said it has concluded a $4 million private placement.
The company sold 1 million shares at $4.00 each.
Proceeds from the offering will be used for development of its Nano-Jeta platform and for general corporate purposes.
Based in Athens, Greece, Acrongenomics is a nanobiotechnology company focused on nano-molecular diagnostics for the life sciences sector.
