New Issue: Azerbaijan releases details on $1.25 billion 4¾% 10-year notes that priced with 5% yield

Atlanta, March 11 - Azerbaijan released details on its new issue of $1.25 billion 4¾% notes due March 18, 2024 (Baa3/BBB-/BBB-).

The notes priced Monday at 98.051 to yield 5%, or Treasuries plus 221.8 basis points.

The notes were talked at a spread in the low-to-mid-200 bps area.

Barclays, Citigroup and Deutsche Bank were the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.
