AXEA Energy to conduct C$3 million private placement

Knoxville, Tenn., Feb. 4 - AXEA Energy Inc.. said it will conduct a C$3 million brokered private placement.

The company will announce the terms of the deal when it settles.

Proceeds will be used for development and general working capital.

Based in Vancouver, B.C., AXEA Energy is a capital pool company.
