Moody’s reviews Audatex

Moody's Investors Service said it placed the ratings of Audatex Holdings, LLC and Audatex North America, Inc., including the B1 corporate family rating, Ba3-PD probability of default rating and B1 senior unsecured note rating, under review for a downgrade.

The review follows Audatex's Sept. 14 announcement that it entered into a definitive merger agreement with an affiliate of Vista Equity Partners for a Vista-led investment consortium to acquire Audatex.
