AT&T planning to sell three-year notes Thursday

By Andrea Heisinger

New York, Feb. 7 - AT&T Inc. is in the market on Thursday with an offering of three-year notes (A3/A-/A), a market source said.

Bookrunners are BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and UBS Securities LLC.

AT&T last priced bonds in the U.S. market in a $4 billion offering in three maturities on Dec. 6, 2012. That sale included a 0.8% three-year note priced at 50 basis points over Treasuries.

The telecommunications company is based in Dallas.
