ATA Airlines' final hearing on cash collateral use continued to May 7; interim order to remain in effect

Portland, Ore., April 25 - ATA Airlines, Inc.'s hearing for final court approval to use $24.94 million in cash collateral was continued to May 7 at the company's request, according to a source familiar with the case.

The interim court approval ATA gained on April 7 to use $2.1 million in cash collateral will remain in effect through the hearing.

ATA, an Indianapolis-based airline, filed for bankruptcy on April 2. Its Chapter 11 case number is 08-03675.
