New Issue: Astana, Kazakhstan, places KZT 8 billion more 9.2% bonds due 2019

Morgantown, W.Va., Aug. 3 – The local executive body of the city of Astana, Kazakhstan, placed KZT 8 billion of additional 9.2% two-year debt securities at a special trading session held on Wednesday, according to a Kazakhstan Stock Exchange announcement.
The “clean” price for the bonds was 99.9825, for a yield of 9.2%.
The issuer had registered to issue KZT 15 billion of the bonds and placed KZT 7 billion of the bonds in June, as previously reported.
